Space-aware inventory planning
Cargo queue & remaining space
Items are placed largest first into rectangular grids, with rotation allowed. This is a practical packing estimate, not an optimal-packing guarantee or an engine simulation. Stack merging, cargo inside attached containers, scripted attachment conflicts and mod changes are not simulated. Items with unknown dimensions are left unplaced. Export buttons remain disabled until all queued items fit; the preview contains fitted items only.
DayZ JSON export
Upload the preset file to your mission directory and register its path under PlayerData.spawnGearPresetFiles in cfgGameplay.json. Back up your files first and check your host’s requirements. Official setup guide ↗
This version exports one item per selected equipment slot and assigns fitted cargo to its selected container using simpleChildrenTypes. Selected attachments are nested under their parent item using complexChildrenTypes. Magazines chosen in the attachment controls are attached; magazines in the cargo queue stay as spares. Grid coordinates are a planning preview; DayZ controls final item placement. Slot conflicts, map availability and mod compatibility are not simulated. Test the preset on your server before using it live. On iPhone, use Share → Save to Files if downloads open in a tab.

Catch syntax errors before editing your server. Paste text or open a local file; processing stays in your browser. Choose the DayZ types.xml profile for field, duplicate, quantity and flag checks. Other XML files and JSON currently receive syntax checks only. Server behavior still requires testing.

DayZ checks use an official Chernarus vanilla classname reference retrieved October 9, 2026. Unknown names produce warnings, since mods and newer versions may add items. Official reference ↗
JSON checks use the browser’s JSON parser. XML checks use the browser’s XML parser; external DTDs and entity declarations are not supported by this tool.
Formatting JSON changes whitespace and may normalize number values or duplicate keys. Keep a backup before replacing your original.

Before you start
A few useful answers.
Does this include a hosted DayZ server?
No. Services cover agreed configuration work. Server rental, game purchases and third-party costs remain separate.
Can console servers use PC mods?
These platforms have different capabilities. Share your platform and host first so the available configuration options can be checked.
Can I buy instantly?
Requests currently go through Discord. After agreeing on scope and price, use the PayPal link below. Payment verification and delivery are handled manually; there is no automatic checkout or paid delivery. Never send account passwords or bot tokens in a project brief. Discord work uses only the agreed role access, which you can remove after handoff.
Can my server charge players?
Check Bohemia Interactive’s current approval process and monetization rules before charging for server access or benefits. Read the official rules ↗

Confirm your scope, total price and delivery terms in Discord first. Then open PayPal and enter the agreed amount. DayZ and Discord audits start at $25 USD; starter DayZ setup and Discord setup start at $75 USD. Custom projects use your agreed quote.

- Be sure to verify the PayPal account before sending payment.
- Use the purchase / goods and services option if offered. If only a personal transfer is available, return to Discord and request a business invoice.
- Include your server name and agreed service in the payment note if available.
- Share the transaction reference privately in Discord so payment can be verified. Never share payment credentials.
