Your build.
Natural loot.

Turn supported buildings in your custom build into reviewed loot-group positions. Check prototypes, exclude unsupported objects and merge with your server file.

Files are processed in this tab. This generates companion loot configuration; it does not place buildings or create new interior loot points.

Existing mapgrouppos.xml

A standalone snippet contains only selected custom buildings. Never replace your full mapgrouppos.xml with that snippet.

Review before export

What gets checked?

  • Exact building class matches and existing prototype loot points.
  • Full X / Y / Z positions and yaw / pitch / roll conversion.
  • Map bounds, scaled objects, editor-only props and duplicate positions.
  • Existing buildings within 1 cm: matching rotations are skipped; differences require a choice.

Stock catalogs are official Bohemia snapshots checked October 10, 2026. Upload your server’s actual prototype file for custom buildings, mods or newer versions. Nasdara/custom maps require that file; their map bounds are not verified here.

Binary DZE exports are unsupported. Export ObjectSpawner JSON from your editor instead. Hidden/deleted editor objects are reported but never removed from your server file automatically.

Put it on your server.

  1. Back up your current files and deploy the custom build separately through your supported object-spawner/editor workflow.
  2. Use the full merged download with your existing mapgrouppos.xml. If you downloaded a snippet, merge it into the existing <map> section first.
  3. Keep mapgroupproto.xml and your loot economy settings appropriate to the map and server version. This tool does not change loot counts or categories.
  4. Restart and test buildings and loot positions on your server. Loot depends on valid prototype definitions, economy settings and the engine.

PC Editor Loader can regenerate mapgrouppos.xml: check its export settings so it does not overwrite your manual merge. Console owners need host access to the corresponding mission files. Decorative objects without prototype points will not gain natural loot through this tool.
